About these Terms


These Terms (together with our Privacy Statement regarding personal information provided by you, cookies policy and terms and conditions for use of Website) will apply to any contract between us for the sale of Products, available on our Website (“Products”) to you (“Contract”).


By using this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms. You will be asked to read and agree to these Terms before you place an order for Products from our Website. Please click on the “I Accept” button at the end of these Terms if you accept them. If you do not agree with these Terms, you will not be able to order any Products from our Website. Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these Terms, please click here to email our customer services team.


We may change these Terms from time to time without notice to you, for example, to comply with changes in the law, to take account of new ordering or payment processes, or new Products we may offer. Changes will only apply to any subsequent orders you make on the Website. Every time you wish to order Products, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time. These Terms were most recently updated on 25th October 2016.


These Terms, and any Contract between us, is only in the English language. In our dealings with you, we work on the assumption that all sales are to private consumers, you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering in to binding contracts.


YOUR ATTENTION IS DRAWN IN PARTICULAR TO THE SECTIONS CONCERNING LIABILITY TO YOU (PARAGRAPH 10) AND THE YOUR LEGAL RIGHT TO CANCEL (PARAGRAPH 7).


Product Information


We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible, the colours of Products that appear on the Website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the Product you will receive.


All sizes and measurements are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification. Prices, offers and Products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to receipt of your Dispatch Confirmation being received.


THE PLACING OF A PRODUCT ON OUR WEBSITE IS AN INVITATION TO ACCEPT OFFERS FOR PRODUCTS AND IS NOT AN OFFER TO SELL AT THE LISTED PRICE NOR IS IT BINDING ON US. WE ARE UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO ACCEPT YOUR OFFER.


Competition T&C's

  1. The Promoter

The promoter is: Footasylum Ltd of Sandbrook House, Sandbrook Park, Sandbrook Way, Rochdale, OL11 1RY.

  2. The title of the competition is ‘Win Tickets to Tays: The Homecoming’
  3. Win 5 tickets to attend Tays: The Homecoming on 16th March 2025.
  4. How to enter
  5. The competition will run from 12pm on 13th March 2025 (the "Opening Date") to 5pm on 14th March 2025 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
  6. All competition entries must be received by the by no later than 5pm on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
  7. The Competition Announcement Post will be posted on Instagram by @dripmade and @taysmcr jointly on 12th March 2025.
  8. To enter the competition Applicants must:
  9. Follow @dripmade and @taysmcr on Instagram; and
  10. Comment an emoji or tag a friend under the Competition Announcement Post on Instagram. Each comment is worth one entry. Entries are unlimited.
  11. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
  12. The Promoter will not accept:
  13. responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
  14. proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.

  16. Eligibility
  17. The competition is only open to residents in the UK, except:
  18. employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
  19. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
  20. members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
  21. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
  22. The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:
  23. automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);
  24. completed by third parties or in bulk;
  25. illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
  26. not originals; or
  27. incomplete.
  28. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
  29. The prize
  30. The prize is 5 tickets to Tays: The Homecoming on 16th March 2025 at New Century Hall, Manchester.
  31. Prizes are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the prize.
  32. The prize is supplied by Footasylum Ltd.
  33. Winners
  34. All eligible applications will be entered into a prize draw on 15th March 2025. A winner will be selected at random by the Promoter.
  35. The result of the random draw is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
  36. The Promoter will announce the winner on Instagram and then contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Draw Date on the Instagram account used to make the winning entry.
  37. Claiming the prize
  38. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Time.
  39. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
  40. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
  41. Limitation of liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  3. General
  4. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
  5. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
  6. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
