These Terms (together with our Privacy Statement regarding personal information provided by you, cookies policy and terms and conditions for use of Website) will apply to any contract between us for the sale of Products, available on our Website (“Products”) to you (“Contract”).
By using this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms. You will be asked to read and agree to these Terms before you place an order for Products from our Website. Please click on the “I Accept” button at the end of these Terms if you accept them. If you do not agree with these Terms, you will not be able to order any Products from our Website. Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these Terms, please click here to email our customer services team.
We may change these Terms from time to time without notice to you, for example, to comply with changes in the law, to take account of new ordering or payment processes, or new Products we may offer. Changes will only apply to any subsequent orders you make on the Website. These Terms, and any Contract between us, is only in the English language. In our dealings with you, we work on the assumption that all sales are to private consumers, you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering in to binding contracts.

Product Information
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible, the colours of Products that appear on the Website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the Product you will receive.
All sizes and measurements are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification. Prices, offers and Products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to receipt of your Dispatch Confirmation being received.
THE PLACING OF A PRODUCT ON OUR WEBSITE IS AN INVITATION TO ACCEPT OFFERS FOR PRODUCTS AND IS NOT AN OFFER TO SELL AT THE LISTED PRICE NOR IS IT BINDING ON US. WE ARE UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO ACCEPT YOUR OFFER.

The Provider
The provider is: Footasylum Ltd of Sandbrook House, Sandbrook Park, Sandbrook Way, Rochdale, OL11 1RY (“Company”).
- The Event
1.0 The Event is a Dripmade Open Mic Event at the Company’s Oxford Street Store 18:00 – 22:00 on 4thth July 2025.
- Tickets
2.0 You can sign up for tickets via the Footasylum app, from 27th June 2025 until 4th July 2025.
2.1 There is limited availability and tickets will be available on a first come, first served basis.
2.2 No purchase is necessary to sign up.
2.3 Prizes are only given to the selected winners as specified by the Footasylum team.
2.4 Entry does not guarantee a prize.

- Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Company, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the entrant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the tickets except where it is caused by the negligence of the Company, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

4.0 The Company will only process your personal information as set out in the https://www.footasylum.com/help-hub/#/privacy-policy.
- General
5.0 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Company may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating.
5.1 The Company reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Event where it becomes necessary to do so.
5.2 These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
